The next thing to consider is the location of your rented house. What is the distance between home and office, school, hospital, to public transportation. We recommend that when renting a house, choose a close to the place of work. So you can save money.

If you can not be there personally to choose and see a rented house, you can use a tenant agent who can help you. Because the agent can provide location information, price, facilities, building form, environment, until the payment process of the rented house.

4. Do not forget to leave your file

If you are using a home rental agency, prepare your personal documents such as phone numbers, copy of ID cards, and the like. So the tenant can see your profile, and feel sure to rent the house to you.

5. Dig as much information as possible

When you've found a suitable rented house. Do not forget to make sure how safe the house is. How is the security every day, whether the house has a fence or not, whether there is a curfew for the entrance to the house or not, until other additional costs such as security costs, garbage, electricity and others
